The undermentioned terms & conditions apply to all services offered by Traveltix BD Ltd, for all type of services including online and services received from the office. For personal use and does not include with the commercial use. Also, the terms & conditions do not extend to other commercial service providers whom Traveltix BD Ltd. has any type of business relationships

Refund Policy:

Refund will be returned as an account payable cheque only to the lead guest and he/she must fill out the proof of receipt and sign it. He/She must be obliged to pay any transaction fee from the source of transaction which may arise at the time of transaction. For purchases made through Mobile banking e.g Bkash, Rocket, etc., a service/cash-out charge will be applicable, borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary based on the mobile banking method.

Flight-booking refund:

The refund amount will be paid after deduction of the respective airline’s charge/penalty and Traveltix BD Ltd’s convenience fee. If the specific air ticket is non-refundable, no refund is applicable. The policies for cancellation, re-issue, refund etc. depend on the respective airline. The refund policy will be followed by the airline policy.

For any refund/re-issue/date change/cancellation/void related assistance please email us: info@traveltixbd.com and any of these will be served after receiving the approval from the respective client. The air fare might increase during the booking period, the Client needs to pay the additional amount.

The refund might take a minimum 07-15 working days to process.

Hotel Booking Refund:

Hotel booking price might change from the respective authority without any prior notice from them. Due to sudden rush, shortage of availability, peak season, any type of local/international holidays etc. If the booked hotel is not available Traveltix BD Ltd will ensure an accommodation in a similar alternative option. Incase of refund, will be made after the deduction of Traveltix’s convenience fee. All the cancellation will be followed by the respective authority’s policy. If the hotel is non-refundable, no refund will be made (please check during the booking). No date change is applicable for the hotel booking, in such case a new-booking will be applicable. For any cancellation/date change issue please email us: info@traveltixbd.com and any of these will be served after receiving the approval from the respective client.

Tour Package refund:

The policies of the package will be followed by the respective service providing party. The refund will be processed after the deduction of the Traveltix’s convenience fee. Except for the non-refundable package all of them will be refunded within 07-15 working days.

Visa processing Refund:

Visa approval is completely based on Embassy/respective authorities’ decision. We cannot guarantee any of the decisions of the issuing authorities. Traveltix BD Ltd, will process the file with maximum accuracy, please note all the Visa applications will be double checked by the senior members before submission to avoid any unwanted/human errors. The clint must need to provide authentic information, respective client will be responsible for all the submitted information. Traveltix service/vis-processing fee is nonrefundable regardless the outcome of the Visa application. Before submitting the passport for the visa application, the client must ensure that the passport has over 6 (six) months of validity. Throughout the process Traveltix will try to simplify the overall procedure. For any assistance all the clients are informed to contact us promptly.

Refusal and Cancellation righ

Traveltix BD Ltd. reserves all the legal rights to discontinue services to a user; if the user violates any of the terms & conditions, if Traveltix fail to verify the authenticity of the information provided by the user, if the user violates any terms that may violate any third-party or any other applicable laws. Traveltix may cancel a booking if there might be a reason to believe the provided information is incorrect/forged/copied or illegal in the state law. And Traveltix BD Ltd can take legal actions against such scenario. Also, Traveltix will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by the user mistake or end result.
